From January to February
We hope the new year is treating you well.
What started off as a quiet 2025 here at Sadies, has turned into a flurry of customers coming through our doors, and we couldn't be more grateful!
However, this Sunday was so busy with walk-in's, we unfortunately had to turn customers away!
A reminder that we are now open 'every' Sunday and you can reserve a table via the link below.
Valentines, Galentines, or simply Love yourself
Whether you want to self care and perhaps enjoy our Healthy Heartbeat juice and Bowl of Goodness or
invite someone for our shared tapas, we would love to see you on Friday but want to remind you to book to avoid disappointment.
....and don't forget we also have a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including Prosecco and Bellini's.
Wellness Wednesdays
Our new smoothies and juices have been an absolute hit so we are introducing Wellness Wednesdays for February and March!
On a Wednesday at Sadies you can ord
er a fresh juice with a choice of either our breakfast pancakes (Spinach or Blueberry) for just £10 until midday.

New quiches AND a new soup?
Our chef, Dave, has been working hard to offer you some variation to regular Quiches,Salads and Soups.
Our 2 new quiches are:
Roasted aubergine, harissa, red pepper with feta and kale
Cherry tomato with leek, cheddar and spinach
And our new soup, is one of Daves favourites: Roasted butternut squash with orange. The orange citrus tang works perfectly with the sweetness of the roasted butternut squash.
And for those of you enjoying our curried, coconut cauliflower soup, it will be staying on the menu for the rest of this month.

Pssst.... We have been keeping a little secret
On the 4th April Holly Merry from Dopa Delights will be bringing the 1st of their Secret Dinners to the cafe.
Make sure you are following both Sadies Wholefoods Cafe and Dopa Delights on Instagram to see behind the scenes.
Dish of the Month

This month we wanted to highlight our Spinach pancakes....
A popular dish amongst all Sadies staff and customers, our vegan and gluten free pancakes are PACKED with spinach.
As some of you will know, spinach is a leafy green vegetable that is rich in iron, potassium and vitamins E and C.
You can choose from a breakfast option with slow roasted tomatoes. Or the lunch option, which has a selection of our 3 seasonal salads.
